Starting a New Business (?)

So, I'm thinking of starting some sort of online presence, either through youtube, this blog, or podcasting.

There's a few things that I'm thinking about doing. One is I want to use the knowledge that I've gained from studying authenticity, and Teal Swan's teachings, and create my own counseling services-- which for now will be free, in an effort to get people to be more in touch with their authentic desires, and personality. For example, I would like to provide listening and emotional validation to teens or young adults, who, before they decide to take out a student loan for an expensive college or university, to be super clear on what their intentions are, and what they really desire to do. I want to help people who need encouragement, or support, and who feel stuck to be able to take a journey that feels more fulfilling and authentic to who they are.

There's a couple of things that I want to help with: Getting students or prospective college students to be in touch with themselves and to be self-aware enough that they can go on and do what they would really want to do, and listen to their inner voice. I want to get people in touch with listening to what their heart is telling them.

Another thing that I am thinking I want to do, is to start a podcast where I interview people on specific issues or topics that I'm interested in and will hopefully be interesting to the broader community. Issues around health, relationships, authenticity, being a person of color, design and more. I was inspired to do this by watching a few of #GaryVee 's videos, who has incredible insight on creating content, and on motivating people to start doing practical things with their business, through advertising, creating videos, podcasts and more. One of the things that stood out to me, was a vid where #GaryVee talks about being yourself, and finding your niche through talking about what you're interested in. So, I'm super, incredibly excited to start doing this.

I still have a lot to learn, because I don't know much about starting a podcast, or editing videos, and I don't have the equipment for it (such as a mic, and a nice camera), but I'm going to start looking it up. I may even blog about it, and then submit it to youtube, who knows, lol.
